This feature has been fulfilled from many improvements in the last few
hundreds of commits.

Thanks to Ed for finalizing the fixes recently...

The tensor is now created successfully but the Pymol function still has some
problems. A temporary fix is to start Pymol from the command line and open
the tensor pdb file created.
