Dear Eldon,

I was wondering if there was a new NMR-STAR description available at
http://www.bmrb.wisc.edu/ which includes the new ideas we discussed at
the ENC 2009 conference? I have recently carried out a large overall
clean up of the relax code base, and am now ready to add the new
GeneralRelaxation saveframes (and those for the dipolar and CSA
information) to the BMRB relax branch. Unfortunately as the book in
which I wrote down all the formats, tags, saveframes, etc. has gone
walkabout
(http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Appendix:Australian_English_vocabulary#W),
I am unsure as to how to design the NMR-STAR file. If you had this
information, it would be much appreciated if it was documented
somehow.

My current plan is to create a relax release soon without the BMRB
support, and then hopefully soon afterwards a release just for this
support. Maybe this could be timed with the paper/communication on
the relax-BMRB interoperability
(https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-devel/2009-03/msg00005.html). I'll
keep this separate from the other branches - for example Gary
Thompson's multi-processor branch which will hopefully be cleaned up
and merged soon, and hopefully also syncronised with a manuscript
release ;)

Cheers,

Edward
