Another set of patches:
removed_tab_patch:
Tabulators were replaced with 4 spaces. In addition, form xxx import * was
eliminated and local tm variable included (to control buttons for model
selection. Should this be a separate patch?)
disable_models_patch:
names of buttons are enhanced and m2-m6 and final calculation is controled by
local_tm variable (feedback of successful local tm calculation)
stacking_problem_settings_patch:
this script does not creat an own wx application anymore (this caused the
problem you reported, where you could not open this dialog)
