Details:

During the automatic model-free calculations, using the 'automatic full
analysis' option, the progress bar is broken. It fills to 100% during the
local_tm model optimisation, but then has a series of errors on a GNU/Linux
system:

(python:9058): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_progress_set_percentage: assertion
`percentage >= 0 && percentage <= 1.0' failed

This is repeated many, many times. The bar resets to 0% after the local_tm
models, moves forwards a little, but never reaches 100%. The behaviour is a
little strange.
