Hi,
Thank you, these files are perfect for finding bugs in relax! And
thanks for the quick response, my other messages were only sent a
couple of days ago. For the file attached to task 6438
https://gna.org/task/?6438
(https://gna.org/support/download.php?file_id=11349), this should not
require a password. I think the Gna! website has a problem and do not
have their SSL certificate registered, so that you may receive a
Firefox warning (maybe even something about an unsafe website).
Accepting this certificate is not a problem, as this just means that
all your connections with that website are encrypted. I have tested
this by logging out of Gna!, and I can still access the file.
Cheers,
Edward

Hi Edward,
Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. The version 3.1 entries are
available from the BMRB ftp site:
http://www.bmrb.wisc.edu/ftp/pub/bmrb/entry_lists/nmr-star3.1/
Not all entries are available in the v3.1 format. We have been tied up with
the new ADIT-NMR system and have not been able to complete the v2.1 to v3.1
upgrade for all entries.
I tried to use your link to view the sample NMR-STAR output, but the site
seemed to require a login. I believe I may have had one, but have lost it. I
will respond to your other questions and comments in the next few days.
All the best,
Eldon

Dear Eldon,
I decided to test the reading of old BMRB entries, as for the
relax-BMRB integration paper I would like to include some basic data
mining of the BMRB via relax. However the entries in the BMRB seem to
be in the NMR-STAR v2.1 format (for example the PSE-4 data
http://www.bmrb.wisc.edu/data_library/generate_summary.php?bmrbId=6838&chooseAccOrDep=useAcc).
From memory (I cannot find the old message), you gave a link for
where new v3.1 formatted entries were downloadable from. Is there
such a web page? Or is there another way of obtaining the data in the
new format? This would be preferable to having to update bmrblib
(https://gna.org/projects/bmrblib/) to handle the v2.1 format as well.
Cheers,
Edward
