Thank you for the updated diff files. Five v2.1 files have been updated
and released (4096, 4245, 4267, 4390, and 15910). Another 11 of the v2.1
entries have been updated, but are not released, but should be this
week. This is not moving as fast as I would like, too many internal
procedures to go through and because of the full ongoing v2.1 to v3.1
upgrade, we want to be sure that edits now will not be overwritten by
automated updates in the future.

required. These have a few additional fixes for files that I had
previously blacklisted. Again, certain values, residue numbers or

I currently have no means of checking the v2.1 files if they are
