Hi,

I have noticed this behaviour as well. I don't know if it is a bug,
but I would guess so. Could you create a bug report for it? I
remember fixing this same problem many, many years ago, but it may
have resurfaced. Or it may be something else specific to the
dispersion analysis which is causing the problem to reappear. I don't
have a good test data set at the moment to check and debug this. As
it would probably save you huge amounts of time for your analyses,
would you like to try to find out what is happening? I'm quite busy
trying to debug the 'MQ NS CPMG 2-site' model (the numerical solution
of Korzhnev et al., 2004 for multiple quantum CPMG-type data) at the
moment.

Cheers,

Edward

Hi Edward.

When I do MC simulations, for example 50, it runs quickly through to
the 50th simulation, and then halt for a long time.

It this behavior normal?

I think i recall that each MC step used to use same amount of time.
But maybe relax is calculating all the steps, to put them together in the
end?

Best
Troels
