Follow-up Comment #1, bug #22541 (project relax):

I can replicate this.  However in the log messages I see:

- R1 parameter optimisation activation -

relax> relax_disp.r1_fit(fit=True)
"""

Therefore the R1 fit flag is working in the GUI and is being passed correctly
into the auto-analysis.  The problem is therefore not in the GUI itself.
