This pipe_control.pipes module also uses locking of the data pipe so
that it can work in the GUI without racing conditions, so it is quite
robust. Look at the pipe_loop() function, for example.

Hi,
Try pipe_control.pipes.cdp_name(). There are a pile of useful
functions in there, but feel free to add your own if you would like to
have more control.

Hi edward.
Is there a command to call, so one can extract the current pipe name?
Or should I keep a bookkeeping myself?
In the same way, is there a way to get a list to loop over?
Best
Troels
