i am a bit confused. Does the program RELAX come with a copy of the
Modelfree4 program or does it look up the system for a installed version of
modelfree4.
If it comes with a copy where should i look it up.
relax simply executes 'modelfree4', or what ever the 'binary' argument
to the palmer.execute() user function is set to. In the test suite,
this is simply 'modelfree4' on the system path. But note that relax
does not need modelfree4 to execute. It can create modelfree4 input
files, execute the program, and then read the results - i.e. totally
control modelfree4. And relax can do exactly the same with Dasha.
But when using relax for a model-free analysis, modelfree4 or Dasha
are not used!
