Hi Soumya, This question has arisen once before on the relax users mailing list. This was in discussions with Vitaly Vostrikov at http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.science.nmr.relax.user/1138. It is well worth looking at that link and all the other messages in the thread to understand the history. The key message which should answer your question is the response at http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.science.nmr.relax.user/1138/focus=1140. Also, see bug #18807 (https://gna.org/bugs/?18807) for the changes that happened in relax in response to this, hence the message you now see. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Regards, Edward On 18 February 2014 01:45, Soumya Joseph <soumya.joseph@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:
Hello Edward and fellow relax users, When I do model-free analysis I come up with an error saying: "The multiple unit XH bond vectors [spin name here] - this is not supported by the current data pipe type." So, at the moment I have a PDB of the lowest 20 energy structures loaded and I've asked not to take the average positions. I've checked that each model in my PDB file starts with MODEL [X] and ends with ENDMDL. Does it have multiple unit XH bond vectors for my spin because of the settings I put in? Thanks a bunch, Soumya _______________________________________________ relax (http://www.nmr-relax.com) This is the relax-users mailing list relax-users@xxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this list, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options, visit the list information page at https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/relax-users
