This is to fix the problem reported by Edward d'Auvergne after clicking
'Execute Relax' at model-free calculation (https://gna.org/bugs/?15173).
The problem was the missing local tm variable in relax_gui.py:
added:
LOCAL_TM global variable
replaced:
whichmodel() to whichmodel(LOCAL_TM)

There will be another issue after this, which is in calc_modelfree.py script,
which is highly modified to run. I will attach it for testing reasons.
Furthermore, I attached some images, which are used in the wichmodel() -
window. They bilon (upo to now) into the res folder. This can be renamed
without any issue. I just called it initially res from resources...
