Sorry, I might need a bit more information than that. I am working
blind here, and these modules work on my test systems and have worked
for many other relax users on Windows before. For example you could
run:
$ relax --info > relax2.7.log
and attach the result. This will allow me to see if your relax
install is actually using Python 2.7, something which is not at all
certain. The output of:
$ dir maths_fns > relax_maths_fns_dir.log
would also help. Now, the key one here is:
$ scons > scons.log 2> scons.err
This is very, very important for me to help you properly set this up.
Without this information, I really cannot in any way help you. The
only advice I could give would be to buy a book on Fortran77 and then
port Art Palmer's Modelfree4 code (which was written for a Vax machine
and used punch cards) to work with the modern Microsoft compilers and
also run on Windows 7. But seriously, you can use relax for your
model-free analysis (and NOE calculation). But without more help from
you, you will have to use other software to determine your R1 and R2
rates and errors.
