That's strange!

Which program do you use to inspect the patch? I am using 'Kompare' and it looks alright. But is is true that I deleted some entries.

I will try again.

Cheers

Hi,

Unfortunately it's still not working. This is what I see:

[edward@localhost bieri_gui]$ patch -p0 < patch
can't find file to patch at input line 5
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
The text leading up to this was:
--------------------------
|Index: relax_gui.py
|===================================================================
|--- relax_gui.py       (Revision 10275)
|+++ relax_gui.py       (Arbeitskopie)
--------------------------
File to patch:
Skip this patch? [y]
Skipping patch.
2 out of 2 hunks ignored
[edward@localhost bieri_gui]$

I would guess your repository copy is slightly modified, or isn't
updated to r10276? 'svn diff' should only show these changes. Did
you delete parts of the 'patch' file?

Regards,

Edward

Follow-up Comment #29, task #6847 (project relax):

There is the working patch:

This is to fix the problem reported by Edward d'Auvergne after clicking
'Execute Relax' at model-free calculation (https://gna.org/bugs/?15173).

The problem was the missing local tm variable in relax_gui.py:

added:

LOCAL_TM global variable

replaced:
whichmodel() to whichmodel(LOCAL_TM)
