Follow-up Comment #14, bug #22730 (project relax):

The only thing I can think of is in the determine_rnd() function of the
dAuvergne_protocol
<http://www.nmr-relax.com/api/3.3/auto_analyses.dauvergne_protocol-pysrc.html#dAuvergne_protocol.determine_rnd>.
 Although I cannot see how, either the first or second tests of "Get a list of
all files in the directory model" or "Set the round to 'init' or 0 if there is
no directory called 'init'" could be failing.  Maybe there is a file system
error, directory permission error, or something else.  What happens if you
type:

$ ls -alhR /home/olena/Desktop/BpUreE_Relax/UreE_N_output_30_09 >
file_listing

Could you attach that all of that output (in the 'file_listing' file) to this
report?
